Secure Caravan Storage is available at our CaSSOA Gold accredited site in Podington, Northamptonshire, with convenient access for owners in Wellingborough, Bedford and Rushden. Our pricing is designed to be clear and simple, with no additional charges for use of our maintenance area or washing facilities.
We are located 12 miles from Northampton and only 3 miles from Wellingborough and have been offering caravan storage in Northamptonshire since 2005. With over 20 years of experience in secure caravan storage, we follow consistent, documented procedures for vehicle movement, access control, and site management.
Access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We ask for notice when you plan to bring your caravan out so that it can be moved safely to the collection area. This process allows collection at any time while keeping vehicle movements on site controlled and ensure no accidental damage occurs. Drop-off is managed to reduce unnecessary manoeuvring by owners. We move caravans into their allocated spaces for consistent parking and reduces the risk of accidents. This approach is particularly useful for larger single-axle and twin-axle caravans.
Our site is CaSSOA Gold accredited. This level of accreditation reflects a high standard of security and operational controls.
Security consists of multiple overlapping measures. The perimeter is protected by secure fencing and lighting. Intrusion detection includes alarms and external PIR sensors. Vehicle access is controlled through automatic barriers and gates, with ANPR barrier entry. CCTV coverage is extensive, with 40 cameras across the site, including thermal CCTV for improved detection in low-light conditions.
CCTV is recorded 24 hours a day. Recordings are retained for 30 days and our system offers remote monitoring and motion alerts.
Most customers maintain their own caravan insurance while their caravan is in storage with us. As our site is CaSSOA Gold accredited, many insurers recognise the security standard and may offer a discount. You should inform your insurer of the storage location and follow their requirements for cover.
*A discount of 5% is given for annual payment, this brings the cost of our caravan storage down to just £6.65 a week. (£7.60 for twin-axles)
Minimum storage term is three months (one quarter), payable in advance at the start of each quarter. Storage automatically renews at the beginning of each new quarter unless notice of cancellation is given before the current quarter ends. You are free to cancel at any time prior to the next renewal date, and no further payments will be due.
